Wheel sizes

Got a dent on inner edge of wheel rim causing a slow air leak. Can these things be fixed?
seen a second hand wheel on ebay described as whl99. And whl100 . What's the difference . Car is a c1.
any info appreciated. Tks in advance
 
I have some c1 alloys with no tyres or centre caps. They are cosmetically in average condition, but they are not bent or buckled.

Would prefer to sell in pairs or as a set but would be willing to sell singularly
 
Tks for the quick reply. Don't want to buy a set just keep car as original as poss so if you could split might be able to sort something out. Do you know the difference between whl99 whl100 cos wouldn't want to upset steering geometry. I,m in lincoln &retired so can't go overboard on price just keeping up a hobby
