Hi mate and welcome to the home of the Cougar. As add says, you are now viewing the workshop manual, the only place where you will find out everything you will ever need to know about your car. I would advise subscribing to the forum as this measly 18 quid will save you a lot of time and money in the future.

As before, THIS! is the cougar owners manual, there just isn't anywhere else with so much info, and you certainly won't get it in any book for less than £18
