Hi folks,

So I've looked on the Haynes website and they don't do a manual for the Cougar (which I'm sure pretty much everyone else on here already knows) but I can find a manual for the US version (Mercury Cougar) printed by Chilton, does anyone know if this is worth getting?

Or should I just grab a Mondeo manual for that year instead?

It's mostly for torque settings and figuring out how certain bits come apart to be honest.

Thanks guys,

Phil

I have a Chilton.
Find its not as step by step as Haynes, but does have important settings etc.
Biggest downfall is its paperback, unlike Haynes offering.

Topcat is right though.
This forum is the best way to find info.
