Its this time of year that really ruins the look of your motor, it maybe all nice and shiney the rest of the year, but due to factors beyond your control it looks like its been on a WRC event in the winter months, just take a look at my frosty after about 2 months or so of not being washed, because its been too cold/wet outside.

Just a tad dirty dont you think, I bet now is the time the frosty's look dirtier than the other colours, when usualy they look clean all the time (we all know how hard it is to keep a black car clean)
Suspect it will be about March time before it gets a good wash again

im really not looking forward to getting mine back in white for that reason! haha

I'll have to take a pic of mine tomorrow, it's a lot worse than your's Matt thanks to traipsing up and down the M3 everyday.

I only had my phone with me when I went to view the cat I just bought... but it was filthy, not been touched since October or something :p

No the water is just frozen solid instead ;)

Don't get me wrong i'd wash it, but its only going to get caked in grime again, besides its got a nice wax coat it will be fine until the spring....or a nice deep snow fall, that will clean it

Don't know what you're on about Matt, compared to the state mine is in at the moment that looks like it's had a good valet whistling..gif

Mat...too cold to clean it...you big Jessie!!! LOL I have been constantly cleaning both the Coug and the Mondy throughout this bad weather...can't stand dirty cars, not only that - don't want that damned salt from the road to eat into the paintwork.

Yeah but no, but yea its cold right and it snowed again this morning right ;) seriously my old man would give me some strange looks and a good seeing to if I got my wash kit out, alright for you lot down in the sun

Just given the car a good clean, if you can call it that, after i'd changed a bulb (what the hell I was out there so why not carry on) removed 90% of the snow and ice, huge build up in the wheel arches, big slabs of ice and compacted snow/grit/salt etc. Slightly worrying as one peice came off there was a peice of Frosty paint stuck to it from under the drivers side sill by the jacking point, actualy looked like overspray of some sort, can't realy tell, still looked like it was painted under there (last thing I want is some tin-rot in my sills)
Anyway I cleared it off as more snow is forcast and i'm back at work tomorrow. This is how it looks now, you can see the ice I removed from the arches in front of bumper.
