Been a chef straight from school, 4 years college, then out into the big wide world of pubs, restaurants, hotels, own business. So yeah been doing it for 20 years now, learned a few things along the way you might say !!!

Well I aint got two hap'neys to rub together as my parents would say so no chance of that happening, my mate did offer me a part in his "cafe on wheels" project (burger van) but as I figured he'd not had any experience in the field i declined, don't want the hassle. Wouldn't mind a pub or small restaurant though.

Well I aint got two hap'neys to rub together as my parents would say
I got the chance to do golf club catering and made a shed load of money at it. But I really specialised in weddings tbh. That is where the money is and that is what I only want to do in the future. I used to orginise everything to do with the day + evening ( food, room decoration, wedding cake, photographer, balloon hire, car hire, disco, etc etc )
The only thing I never got involved in was outfits and actually marrying people, but I loved it.
