At last!...My Roush cougar (ZETEC)

Well done Alan, that looks fantastic. You quite probably have the best looking, fastest and cleanest Zetec of the lot!

Well done Alan, you've even got the Electic heater in the Spraybooth, to make it a paint bake oven !
Did you use the Aldi Air Compressor & Accessories (Spray Gun) ?

Simon

Nice one Al, looking great matey, I'm green with envy :D. One day I'll have my Coug looking similar..one day! lol (y)

Well, thanks for all the compliments guys, i don't need to tell you, I'm chuffed with it, Simon, the compressor i used is a 50ltr tank with a slightly higher output than the Aldi model, the guns were also bought off ebay. I used the gravity feed gun in favour of the syphon type, mainly on the advice of Matt (Cougarfella) who, I have to say, helped me a lot with advice on the principals of spray painting and the timings for laying multiple coats, "chemical" drying rather than "air" drying, etc.
I took her for her "Maiden voyage" today,Northbound M1/M18 up to Martins (Dogsbody) to help lower MOFO SOB's cat, and, I like the admiring glances ,stares even  from other motorists.
..anyway, A614 at about 08.00am i decided to pull into Clumber Park gates and take a couple of pics, a bit dull, but at least my garage a fence are not in the photo's

Look forward to seeing your Ian (y)

That really does look nice!

Been meaning to ask Al, where did you get sunstrip from?

Its a home made Tony, i used to get window (tinting) film samples from Reflexis. I had quite a few odd rolls left over, couldn't sell or even give them away, so they eventually went in the bin. The one i used on mine is silver reflective on the outside, blue on the inside. I'm sure i binned all the stuff i had, but i'll check.

Looking good there Al, nice pic's. It's years since I was last at Clumber Park - used to frequent it alot when I lived in Lincoln - some good dog walks.
