Sorry my bad; talking pins instead of female contacts.
All the switches I've seen, single and double pull, have 15 pins with nos 7 & 9 missing. The exception to this is the Mk 1 Mondeo which has all 15 pins to allow illumination of the pull switch.
Talking about the plug on the loom my yr 2000 V6 has the female contacts, as in post no 39 above, with nos 1,2, 4, 7 & 9 missing.
How do the female sockets in your plug compare with that?
