Back in black

Thanks mate, I had to take off the lettering on the back (again) when using the polisher, so this time I went for the halfords quick route

I recomend the wax, you can run the hosepipe over the paintwork ant it actually wipes the water off the car (y)

A final beading shot lol :

Zero, that's looking sweet mate, great job. I know how back breaking it can be, as I've done mine twice within the last 6 months. I used Britemax No.5 & No.6 and clay barred prior to that. Ebony's do look great when they are fully polished. Hopefully we should see some nicely polished Coug's at Harewood next weekend ;-)

WOW - lovely job you have done there.

I have always had black cars and loved their look, but due to getting older and not up for the sore back for a few days after I got myself a Frosty when I brought the Cougar

Don't know how I missed this thread !!

Cracking work there fella. (y)
I know what you mean about how much hard work is involved, but also just how rewarding it is !

I've got another black cat to do shortly with a load of other things on top.
looking forward to it and have the diclofenic in the medicine cabinet ready for my back

My cat should then be coming out of the bodyshop so no doubt will need doing all over again

Thanks mate also for the lake country pads, they can take a pounding...... unlike my back

Very nice mate
(I noticed today that the New Ford Black (next doors Focus is painted in it) is multi faceted not a solid colour just like silver Frost isn't a solid silver colour)
Si, which one you coming in for Harewood, the one in your Sig Pic?
Rich, Ria B's car has the advantage of not being Silver frost its a slightly different shade.

I don't know mate?? I do know its not the same, and having a Frosty I can tell you although they do shine you dont get the depth of gloss like on a Black, Blurple or Green (which ever shade it maybe)
