Cougar Spotting

S402UCF, frosty 2.0 in Harry Bucklands scrapyard, Cheltenham.
I've got the horrible feeling this is the one I left the note on when I went to that Vulcan display but will have to check back. :(

To be honest the body isn't bad, there's a few scrapes on the drivers side but mostly solid. I didn't grovel underneath but the wings were OK (I think that's a door card leaning up against it!), cloth interior pretty good. I would take the tailgate but no way of transporting it at present.

oohh this makes me really sad..
i know not everyone CAN fix there car if its got a problem but...that poor car.

i wonder if an mot failure finished its life.

Took a ride over to Harry Bucklands to look at the silver Cougar, took the side window trims as mine need refurbing and its easier to refurb another set and swap them, took the wind screen suround rubbers and clips that were not to rusted, some odd fastners and the carpet sill covers, did notice the screen was delaminating, so its not been a complete waste of the car, most of the body looked ok, its a shame we don`t as a club have room to store these cars as they crop up in the breakers or for silly cheap money on ebay as they would provide a lot of hard to find parts in years to come, i would be happy to buy one of these cheap cougars and part it out to members as and when they needed the bits if i had the room to strip and store them, bit of a catch 22 for me and much the same for others in the club :(

I was travelling through Kelvedon High Street when I saw an Ebony.

W164 XPU. The owner lives there, as I've seen it before a couple of times over the Summer. Its the first Coog that I've seen since owning one.

First time I've seen this in a while, but about a mile away from where I saw it a year ago
