Cougar Spotting

I am sure as cougars get to be less seen on the road and those that run them will be on the look out for other owners, it will become less embarrassing to wave at one another.

Can confirm. I've had the Cougar nearly 5 years, and as time has gone on the percentage of waves I've had has gone up from about 25% to about 90%. The only thing is, it's 90% of about 2 cars a year, rather than 25% of a car a week!

Parents spotted this Frosty in Jersey today, no club stickers. J87086

Why does it always seem so embarrassing?

Honestly, it wasn't though.

If he was going the same place as me, that'd be great and it would've been a fun convoy.

But if (as it turned out) he wasn't, who cares? I just waved at someone I'll never see again. He might even think it was cool! Nothing to be ashamed of.

Spotted a silver one, V115LPR (I think), on Somerford Road in Christchurch at about 8.15 this morning. Gave it a wave, got no response :(. (Back in my Capri-owning days, you were guaranteed a wave/flash of lights/beep of horn/blip of throttle every time you encountered another one)

nice looking ebony behind me in Halstead today. was driven by two girls who ignored my wave. seems thsy they were too engrossed in chat to notice the significance of our meeting. Couldnt get plate, but it happened just now

S903XAV Frosty in the northbound 50mph roadworks zone approaching junction 13 of the M6 7:45pm. Driver appeared to be completely oblivious to the 'twin' alongside.

Yesterday spotted S854XAV in Morrisons car park, Coleshill, Warks.
It's a frosty V6, twin exhaust fitted and looking very tidy. Leather interior, arches look clean, only 48000 on the clock.
Spoke to the owner and apparently it resides in Kingshurst a few miles away.
So, another XAV alive and well, I'll add it to the 'how many XAV's survive?' post. (y)

X212HCE, modified frosty spotted southbound on the M5 last night by some of my colleagues on their way back from a bus rally. I'm training them well!
Anyone we know?

I take it they were on the Midland Red double decker?

Did you see me trying to attract the attention of that Mondy estate driver who's bonnet was flapping in the wind?
