I think you're right, but only based on the "boobs" and the windscreen rake.

It's a tricky call, but I do think it's a Stoffler-kitted Cougar.

Oh and by the way: Broward County REPRESENT! My home county in the 70s and 80s. Hooo!

MM51FTO, Amazon C2 on a recovery wagon on the southbound M1, Sheffield around 1430. Assume it's probably headed for scrap as it failed MOT in May and the list was extremely long including serious rust and emissions issues. Shame as the bodywork looked good.
 
Spotted two new cougs down my end within the last month. Both completely standard, one a frosty and the other a melina. Has there been any newbies on here from down here in the south west (I'll takr a look at the newbie posts).

Saw S863XAV again in Lower Lydbrook, Gloucestershire about 1230 today. Good look at it this time, Frosty with Mille Miglia wheels, OEM style spoiler and rear light masks.

Then a green X289LOA I think near Castlemorton, Worcester about half an hour later. Oddly this shows as being neither taxed or MOTd but I've tried several combinations of that numberplate and that's the only one that appears at all:whistle:
 
S311AAW V6 Frosty - didn't sound very healthy coming out of Genting Arena/NEC E1 car park after the Rainbow gig on Wednesday 28th July 2017.
