Looks like it might've been an interesting series of articles, but he only wrote the two of them, with the last being 7 months ago.
I wonder if, during the planned service/inspection, he discovered something terminal and gave up on it.

When I worked in Wisbech, I'd leave off and drive right past the Tesco Extra opposite work's car park, and drive to King's Lynn Tesco Extra to fill up for cheaper, then drive 1/3rd the way back towards Wisbech to home. How does that pricing differential help to reduce emissions?
Yet there's already a solution/system in place (logistics where I worked were signed up to it) that matches up empty lorries to deliveries you need making (return loads)!...What is also crazy is taxis who have taken someone outside of their 'area' e.g out of Gt Yarmouth to Norwich or vice versa and are not allowed to 'ply for trade' to get a fare for the return journey. So basically half their fuel is 'wasted' as they must return empty..
"Please consider the impact on the environment before printing this email" automatically added to every email, then when you have to print it, it uses two sheets instead of just one......We have civil servants here signing their emails with the cliche 'It takes 28 trees to make a ton of paper etc...' who refuse to try and find a solution to that...
