Its that age old thing mate there are only a few die-hard members, as can bee seen by those who post a lot ...ahem...some people just join up to get info on the car they don't "do" the show scene, which is their perogative
Very true Matt, but those "old guard" are constantly being replaced, it's like one generation following the next, the older generation always remember "The good old days". Having said that, i would love to see the "fest" site full to brimming with cougars and their owners, what a fest that would be! Then again, some of the best parties i ever went to ended up with just a few people there
I also agree with everton, it's not about modded cars, or even getting sloshed out ya brains, or getting soaked to ya knees
. It's like we already said, a great get together for all to do just whatever they want to do.I'll never forget my first "fest" it was "The great wet one of 2007"

I had only met a few members previously at Harewood (my first ever meet) and then i had a wet weekend to get to know as many as i could (a daunting task) but i was made welcome from the start, now, only ill health, zero cash flow, or act of God would stop me attending CF, so if it's a slight possibility, or you're thinking about it or just not sure, do what i did and say "sod it i'll give it a go". I mean! How bad can it be? at the very least you get a weekend away from home and you get to see some proper entertainment.
