I have an st200 ecu with the st200 engine upgrades.

What do i need to.change.

no it aint the st200 engine,

but got the camshaft's, upper and lower inlet, injection, the upper inlet loom, throttle body etc..

i got the engine running with the standard ecu the st200 ecu does not do anything..



i hope i can get the st200 ecu running in my car, otherwise, i can get the normal ecu tuned :rock:

Rememeber when you change to the ST200 ECU, you have to change the transponder ring around the ignition barrel, and either use the ST200 key, or reprogram your keys to the new transponder ring.

i know, the pats system did not respond to anything, the light in dashboard ( with the windshield heating buttons didn't even go on, when i put the key on contact. )

I thought the transponder rings were the same Steve?
ST200 ECU swap is Mofo's teritory as he has one on his, with the green injectors tho, if you swap the ST200 ECU you must use the matching key chips or it wont work, then you will have to get an auto sparky to reprogramme them to the ECU

There are a couple of ways of doing this one get transponder programmed to the st200 ecu anyone with right software and bidirectional lead can do this. The other way is get the vin no off an st 200 and If you can find someone with ford level diagnostics enter the st vin into thier softare it will then reflash your ecu to st 200 spec.

so here i am again, i almost finished my Cougar..

the car is going to a garage where his last things are going to be made, after that i can finaly drive it

my ecu will be flashed to st200 software that problem is solved than

well the car is finished

i have to do a few more modifications..

the car passed the mot in just 1 day, without any problems
