The Bridge has all been refurbished and painted with a special resin based paint that is supposed to last for 20 years. Have a look at this:
Got to disagree about wine being best in pints or boxes. Wine is best in a glass, to be shortly emptied.

Yes i know about that, i watched some documentary a while back. Lot of painters out of work now i'd imagine.
No longer for them and also makes the old saying ' its like painting the forth bridge,once you have finished its time to start again'
You will get a look at the new Forth Crossing on your left as you cross the Road Bridge. There is also a very large artist's impression of it on a load of Portacabins to the left after you have crossed.
If you guys are interested I can meet up with you at the large layby about 200 yards after you cross the bridge. Just let me know what time you will be arriving.
