If you can get yourself to the Goblin MFSM, will be a great bunch of guys there enthusiastic about the cars and one or 2 who know how to work spanners

So after my latest £500 bill Cara is all ready for her MOT next week fingers crossed!

Fuel filler pipe replaced after ordering from the US
Another wheel bearing replaced
NSF wheel hub
and NSF knuckle

All she needs is a good wash!

Sounds like you're not messing around mate. I wish you all the best.

A... Fail but nothing drastic! Just front discs and pads, which I've "cooked" according to my mechanic with my heavy right foot! No corrosion to note which is the main thing, will all be sorted next week fingers crossed, here's to at least another year on the road

She's back! Good few hundred quid lighter but she's worth it, been in the Focus for a week which is a nice car but nothing on the Cougar, now with new discs, pads and a couple of calipers that were past there best plus handbrake cables and a few other bits and pieces... These are becoming quite high maintenance machines now aren't they!
