Hi I'm Rob from Lincoln I am the new owner of forum members munchkinone rikedwards well looked after cougar so you should recognise the car.
I have owned a few fords in the past from xr2's to st220 this being the first cougar that I've sat in and probably seen up close in person, so I didn't do the usual go and view a few take them for test drives etc.
It was a bit of a impulse buy I was looking at Honda cr-v's on eBay when I found the add for the cougar, I like odd lookin cars something that stands out in the car park so thought I would see what the boss thought and was surprised when she said she liked it which doesn't happen to many of the cars I suggest.
So far I've replaced the plugs it looks like the easy to get to plugs had been changed but not the rear, cleaned the idle control valve and replaced the water pump belt, i still have the rest of the service to do and to find out why the abs light is on permanently
And while the weather was good me and the wife washed waxed and gave it a quick hoover
Here's the pics
Probably sent from the porcelain throne [emoji372]
