Hmmmm the ST24 twisted 4spokes . . . should have def sacked the person who thought they looked good lol

Shame really, Ford seem to be lacking good looking wheel in 4stud patterns, all the best designs seem to end up on the Mondeo, Focus and Cmax which are all 5stud. The Fiesta ST150 wheels are alright, but not sure how they's look on the Cougar.

Glad you like 'em. :D I certainly do.

I got them second hand on ebay and refurbished them (because they really needed it).
They are 18x8 ET42 and bolt straight on - no nasty spigot rings required. I had to get some proper Ford alloy nuts - the ones with the built in washers that are used on most Ford alloys with exposed wheel nuts.
That's about it apart from the custom centre caps I got done (see my garage for details).

The only word of warning I'd give about these wheels is, although I don't get any rubbing, I'm not sure if that would still be the case with a cat lowered more than 30mm. Mine's lowerd by approx 30mm on Eibach springs and dampers.
 
There are a few nice 4stud over 16" Ford designs out there, nice to see people are not all going down the big aftermarket wheel route.

I was looking at a copy of the BAT Inc. catalog I've got saved on my desktop last night. They have priced the 17" ST170 and ST200 wheels at $265 per wheel. But the 18" RS wheels are priced at $149 per wheel.

Might be worth while contacting a ford dealer to see if ford stock RS wheels, and if the BAT prices reflect ford prices then the RS wheels will be a bargin!

I tried going to the BAT website to get an updated catalog, but it wasn't working last night. Someone else might have a link to the catalog for you to have a look. Its got more pictures of ford rims, but not of them on a car.

I wanted some ST220 wheels when i 1st got my cat but i was a bit gutted when i found out the cat was 4 stud and the mondy 5 stud :cry:

Not to worry now though :D

I believe there are some Ford RS alloys that are bigger than 16" (I'm not talking Focus RS ones ok) and 4-stud, i think i saw them on a Sierra Cosworth once (i'm sure there is a picture in an issue of FastFord) think they maybe 17" with polished rims in either a 5 spoke or 7 spoke design, the classic RS Alloy design.
