Rear Sub Frame

Plenty of Plus Gas on all the bolts at lease 3 X over 3 days before you start and you shouldn't have any "sheared heads."

When it's all down give the underside a good wire brush and some rust proofing, i used Red Lead but you may have some difficulty
in getting hold of that stuff.
Last thing is make sure your safe when your under there....have a look at my posts on the subject and you will see i had 3 safe
guards before crawling under a ton of steel !!!!

Yes it will just need to upgrade the arb mount to take the 19mm arb the mondeo uses the 17mm arb

just to add some clarification to this, so long as you use the correct Cougar ARB rubbers the Mondy subby goes straight on, This is the Mondeo subframe we fitted to Rich's car (as identified by the two small bracing pieces instead of one large one)

Here is the Mondeo & Cougar c2 together. I think this Mondeo one must have been fitted just a few year ago, It came off so easy.:)

Someone should have taken me up on my offer.

That Mondy one looks in good shape. What happened to the big plate from the Cougar one!

something I hadn't noticed before (but obvious when side-by-side) is the zorst hanger is in a slightly different place.
