Shed to show in 2 months..

It's much more expensive to change the colour of a car as you need to spray the door/boot shuts, under the bonnet - pretty much everywhere. Besides, Blue is my colour after all being an Evertonian :)
 
Bit of a delay. After waiting a week for my springs I emailed the eBay seller to ask what he was playing at and he told me it would be another week as they are sent from apex and he doesn't keep stock... Negative feedback for you matey! Try selling things you have.

I love these sellers that do that. they should say this within the listing so you know the time scale when you purchase stuff off them.
 
Bit of an update.

Springs are now fitted, drop links have been replaced and a trailing arm changed.

Alloys are all built, badges are made up, I've sealed the dishes and had my mate run them on the balance machine at his work to check they are straight. All fine. Tires arrive Tuesday from camskill for fitting.

Dash board fibreglassing is finished. I just have to do a spot of filler work before that's ready for paint. This is part of an audio install as the zebra boot install is now gone.. quite enjoying having a boot back!

Had a bit of a sneak preview as to what rob is doing....it is going to be the dogs danglies. Only problem being....its given my head ideas my wallet can't afford
 
Had a really busy day today.

First off I made this..

Hated the way it sat in the car and also how it obscured the drivers view.

So I set on about moving some things about. First of all I extended the loom and moved the Hvac to the glovebox. Lucky for me the Air pipes are long enough. I then extended the switch loom and also the various buttons and dials.

I then set about with some fibreglass and after spray gluing myself to various parts I came up with this..

The leatherette is total arse as I cannot upholster to save my life.. Think I will have to take it out and send it to Mart for wrapping ;)
