Thankyou all for your best wishes , i got out of hospital this afternoon still feel a bit ****** but a hundred times better than what i was.
The doctor sat me down and explained best he could that i had ACUTE PYELONEPHRITIS and i will still have to take care at home and not return to work for at least 3-4weeks.
 
Hope you are soon on the road to recovery Mike. Work is the last thing you need to be thinking about, your health is much more important. Best wishes to you from Rach and I.

Bloody hell, just caught up on this. Sounded awful Mike, but glad to hear you're home and on the mend - the best place to recover. Take it easy and speedy recovery (y)
 
Bit of an update, went to the doctors this morning and I have complications with my recovery, I have to go for urgent tests and I am not allowed to do anything - not even wash the pots.
Its looking extremely likely another stay in hospital is looming :(:(:(
