They never know unless it something they can fix with pharmacy, and it's infuriating. Full disclosure - I don't have a great deal of respect for the medical profession.

How do you feel in youself? If you need to get out and do stuff, it doesn't sound like there's an actual problem.

Have the given you anything to work with at all?

I have persistent pain in my right kidney area and i get very tired very quickly when i do anything and even though i dont have a fever the sweat pours out of me added to that dizzy spells , so i cant even drive.
Boredom is my main issue though, i hate sitting about doing absolutely nothing

Good lord. Not sure how we fix this, but I hope this works out okay.

They did Matt but now its a case of how bad my kidney is after the infection.
If its too bad its prone to more infection and might be better coming out but if its not too bad then they will leave it , most of my symptons are normal apparently after a bad infection but they just seem to be lingering a bit too long

That is a bit rough mate. But then the decent people always seem to get it in the neck!

This may help. Find the kidney point on your right palm and massage it with a reasonable amount of pressure.

Mental images I just don't want...

Was that a request?

1) Harriet Harman teabagging Gordon Brown while choking him and poking his blind eye.

2) Hillary Clinton dry-humping a pile of Ann Coulter's feces-stained washing while Tom Cruise urinates over her.

3) David Cameron accepting Concorde's nose rectally while Will Self sneers and gets a violent reacharound from Ed Milliband, who donkey-punches him and chews on his hair.

4) Corbyn becomes Prime Minister.

#4 is just a step too far, Christopher. You have well and truly overstepped the line there, any more of that talk and I'll have to try my new banning buttons out!

Fantastic news Mike. Just don't go doing too much too soon (easier said than done, I know, as you're going stir crazy with boredom) and setting yourself back. If you feel bad or even slightly worse than your 'norm', stop!

Agreed. It's too easy to do too much when you think you can. Take care of yourself and don't overdo it. No-one will thank you if you do.

For my part, I wish you all the best. Godspeed.
