Spoiler! Thoughts please

It's not what I'd go for but a lot of members slated my Wings West Commando spoiler when I fitted it, I know that some still turn their noses up but I really don't give a 'four letter word beginning with 'f' meaning 'to fornicate' and neither should you. I have found a couple of the posts a little too 'expert'. If you like it, then do it, you may just surprise a few people and it'll look ok.
Even though I have a big spoiler, it's not my thing but neither is the bolt on racing car wing but I wouldn't presume to be an expert, everybody has an idea of what they want to achieve.

as rich says its really down to WHAT YOU want/like in all fairness you have asked for opinions but you know what people think and say wont change your mind from what you really want to do anyway.i was going to buy the beast body kit and asked what people thought a few said it looked good majority didnt like it but in my head i wanted it.that was until i actually seen in on a cougar and totally took a dislike to it now.but you have the spoiler there and it is hard to judge through seeing a photo of it,when i first seen casscougars stripes on here i thought not very nice until i actually seen them in the flesh and do like what he has done, iam reserving judgment on his other vinyls though lol

For 99p, I'd be chopping it up! Maybe take a bit of the height out of it and try profiling it to the tailgate. Then if it still doesn't look right you've lost a whopping 99p. Failing that, drive to your nearest Maccy D's, find a kid in a Saxo, sell to him for £100 telling him it will give him 50BHP downforce factor G4.5 and he'll tear your your arm off :)

I too have a huge spoiler, but luckily I know what it looks like finished and fitted so no surprises when it comes back from the bodyshop.

But for the obvious difference in skin tone, we could be brothers!

If you could chop the centre of the spoiler to reduce width, then cut the base where it meets the boot in order for it to sit square, and reduce height by 50mm, I think it could be a goer.

Also, I can ask for an opinion and get one, with that I am happy as it's what I asked for, the difficulty for me is when people become insulting or rude.

Well I like it.. reduce the height that will look nice.. I have an OEM on mine and for me its a little small.. that has a lot of potential with the right fettling

I think the only problem with it is, (as has been mentioned previously) the 'legs' don't follow the shut line of the tailgate, otherwise, I'm liking it.
