So I think it was time to let the cat out of the bag.

Well I managed to do a deal with Si for the Ivory Leather Seats out of V6NOS.
Retrimmed the bottoms of the front door cards in orange carpet.
Bought chrome Isotta seat belt clip covers.
Built a custom sub box for my 10" Kenwood.
Finally fitted my twin Vibe 12" subs with the Loudest.com amp.
Retrimmed the parcel shelf in Orange Carpet.
Replaced the standard aerial with a Richbrook Chrome one.
Isotta Front + Rear Wiper Blades.

So all I am waiting for now is the power inverter to install my PS2 into the glove box and run all the wires.

I also plan to do the rear door cards the same as the front ones but I need some more Orange carpet.

Wow - a lot of hard work gone in there Peter. Your cat is really turning into a marmite car - and I love marmite (y)

Yeah I know, there are many who just hate it but I love it and it does turn heads where ever I go in it. Still got a load more planned in the very near future.

Clues all over the forum Peter - it's just that mechanical stuff I discussed with you at Castle Combe - no stunning visual artwork like yours - just a possible 250bhp :D :devilish:

Ah I see, very nice. I do plan to do my manifold and Y-Pipe and a remap and I should see 200+BHP easy.

I don't agree, that there are many, it's not what I would do to a cougar but you've invested a lot of time and money into making a very unique car, if I am honest, the first pics that I saw of it, I thought it looked S*** but when I saw some later pictures, I liked the way you'd put the colour around the rims to match the bodywork. There's a lot of work gone into it and it looks to be well kept, that takes some doing. Yes it's a marmite car but I have always said that it's not always about you liking it, more to do with appreciation of the work that's gone into it. It's still not what i would do to a cougar but I do appreciate the work that you've obviously put into it.
Not everybody likes my car but they do appreciate that it's quite well looked after and mostly presenable when I take it to shows.

Yes would definitely like to see it in the flesh.
Although it's not to my taste, it's well known on here that all the work that's gone into your cat is top quality.

Cheers guys for your thoughts. Yes alot of effort has gone into it and it is not always easy to keep it perfect ( My twin boys keep me on my toes all the time )
Apart from the spray job I have done all the work on it myself, I am not a mechanic, carpenter or a sparky but I have tried to do my best with all the mods I have done and I think I have done a good enough job as they are all still on the car and nothing has fallen off so far..............

i had the pleasure of seeing the car in the flesh when Peter came to pick up the interior.

Absolutely immaculate and well put together car.

I love it

Thanks for that Si, given it had done 4 hours up the road it did still look ok when I got to yours + we did have a good chat about many things and it was a pleasure to meet you as well. I am sure I will be back up your way in the future.
