Well what can I say lol
A mate messaged me last week saying he was considering another bike but was struggling for space and grief from his missus

so I said I've neither of those issues at which point he slowly talked himself out of it lol so I messaged the seller and hey presto this happened

It's a 1975 Bonneville T140v 750 and a rare bit of kit as it's what I call an Inbetweener, ie summat made in between a model change, a bit like a C1.5 like my Cougar lol for those who know it's oil in frame unit construction 750 which was built with right hand gear change, rear drum brake and single front disc, so a proper half breed lol.
Had to have a bit of a change round so got all the toys out in the sun
For those who are thinking this is the engine free green version lol the engine came in boxes, the crankshaft has been ground, bores done, new pistons, balanced crank, new shells, V head has had new guides and valves, so I just need to refresh the gearbox (which looks a tad poorly) and the primary drive before rebuilding it, which I'm really looking forward to
