View attachment 4945Took a trip to Martyn's (Dogsbody) and got a towbar fitted. Many thanks dude. I can now drag the racebike to the track (once I've wired it in)

I 've been looking at detachable towbars for the cat on ebay, had a Bosal one my last car (Golf GTI) and it was invisible unless you looked under the car,
This ones detachable. Two big bolts under the car. I'm trying to source some kind of weather proof plug so I can put a quick connector of some sort in the wiring.
Easiest way is to get a plate welded further down the towbar. You can get replacement socket backing plates. On my last one, the Sparky design, the ball was removable by the 2 jolts underneath but the socket was tucked just under the bumper. More or less out of sight unless you're really short lol.

Got round to fitting my no limit grill supplied by Mart today took a little fettling but got there in the end
No pics, and not even today but last Friday, after working away in Denmark for 3 weeks, I checked the fluids and tyres and then drove her for 70 miles.

Thank you, I saw that thread but decided that there was no substitute for looking for myself as well.
Thanks to Mart- dogsbody changed the rear lambda sensor (which was pretty easy actually) on Sunday, mpg has improved significantly and pick up is smoother.
