Nice morning today so I decided to remove my sub frame and fit my fuel tank. What a pain trying to fit the fuel tank on your own especially when it still had about 10 ltr's of fuel in it. Flat on my back under the car with the tank balanced on my chest trying to fit the straps in their respective holes and get the bolts located. Eventually got it fitted after a whole lot of sweary words. It then decided to start raioning, so, I jacked it for the day. Sub frame refit tomorrow, weather permitting.
Weather looks good tomorrow Dick so get stuck in mate. While you're doing that, the Queen will be opening the new bridge

Lizzy is not opening the bridge until 4th September, to coincide with the official opening of the Forth Road Bridge 53 years ago. It will be unofficially open on 30th August and then closed on 1st and 2nd September to allow 50,000 people to walk over it and closed on 3rd September to allow Bridge workers and their families to walk it along with school children.
C2 interior start...

They work perfectly... I had read somewhere theres a mod needed? But mine move fine?

Yes, others who have changed to C2 seats have had problems with the three connectors being a different size from their C1 ones.
Ford changed the looms iirc late 98 - early 99. I've had to convert seat wiring both ways at different times.
That explains it then... mine is a late 99 build, I have the curved injector loom etc...
pretty sure that was one of the differences in return style and non returnstyle injection type cars. Jane started life return style and got converted. I actually can't remember a harness between the two cars that was the same. Ford redesigned alot more then the fuel system.
I think all UK spec were return systems. Not sure about other EU countries etc but i know USA had the returnless at some point.
