Got fed up with the front sidelights blowing (three since July) and replaced them with an LED set I bought ages ago.

And about two minutes later, considered removing the "light blown" LED from the overhead console...

Ive had the bulb failure light since I removed the 3rd brake light and fitted the high level LED in the s spoiler.......I realy must get one of those canbus error resistor thingys!

Cleaned all the wheels and got all the overspray off where some plonker had tried to cover scratches up on the bumpers and stonechips up with the wrong colour silver on the new Cougar today surprise the scratches came off with some G3 rubbing compound then I went over with autoglym next week I will respray the boot spoiler and then polish the whole car with autoglym:devilish:

Gave Mako a thorough checkover, (fluids, hoses, tyres etc.), took a sedate drive up to the A5, then unleashed four mighty cylinders of hell for 20 miles out and back.

As I approached home I hit a dead spot on the radio, and it auto-tuned itself to some random station. The song playing had the repeated lyric, "If you leave me, I will find you."

Yes, I freaked out just a little. Got out of the car feeling completely and utterly bereft.

I washed it! And blacked the tyres! And then drove it to the local tesco to get some beer......dam it looks good in the under cover carpark lighting, I love how these beauties stand out from the crowd of audi's and beemers

Washed it, filled it up with petrol and drove it down to Chichester to be put into dry storage. That's the last time I'll see it for at least a year.
