What Have You Done to Your Cougar Today?

Well if the weather stays good (it's been nice and sunny) I might make a start on refurbing the C1 alloys I've had lying about for a year and get them fitted to uncle fester the fiesta, oh and the front fog lights that Andy sold me at last year's castle Combe show lol (bumper off job for that) obviously all depends on how healthy I feel too :rolleyes:
 
Very nice, I do like the colour of the wheels and grills, what is the front grill off?

What did I do today, under the car doing that wire mod to stop my lights flickering, would have thought that would have been done by previous owner, a right pain to do, but car seems happier now.
Pulled the CD changer out of the boot again and fixed it again, found the problem this time and also ordered a 6000RDS, don't think I need a tape player anymore.

agreed since I changed my head unit for one with USB inputs I haven't used the CD player more than twice I think.

rear USB input - 64GB stick in the glove box on trailing lead - forget about it except when adding new music (y)
 
I do agree that is all memory sticks and usb, I use them all the time on other things, but I have just fitted a stalk, I could have fitted my kenwood out of my last car but didn't want to change the look, I don't carry even carry or use a mobile. :eek:

It gets clayed twice a year,good quality shampoo, machine polished when needed,very high quality wax and then gloss sealant to finish.
I also try to keep on top of any age related marks but must admit its getting harder as time goes on

still not sold on the copper trim tbh, but your car is a stunning example, and one you sold feel justifiably proud of, now if i could get mine looking anywhere half as good, i'd be a happy man (y)

p.s what make is the body kit ?? don't suppose thier still available are they :oops:

The body kit is the MS designs one ,i believe it was a ford option- i managed to get mine of Lucid but they do come up for sale every now and then
 
As Mike says that is the MS Designs kit which was offered as a factory or dealer fit option from Ford.
The rear spoiler, with the middle leg, on mine is from the same kit.
I've also got the front skirt but not the side ones.

Had a funny feeling it was the Ford option one, just needed confirmation (y) i had a look on ford ecat recently and as suspected are no longer supplied :( not even a dusty one lurking in the back of a parts dept in the out reaches of the galaxy :( :(
