The opposite Rick. White primer lightened it too much, hence the second respray with grey. This silver frost can be a pig to match. Ive also found the basecoat spraying pressure makes a big difference ie: higher pressure will lay it on very silver so i spray at about 25-30 psi with the HVLP gun which brings it down to more of a grey/silver, also spray from a greater distance than usual, about 18". This is a closer match for DG.Was a white primer/undercoat the answer? I found that the grey made my Frosty too dark.
