Well something else I've changed my mind on today after goin ground Jollyroger1965's house, he's just recently wrote his Cougar off (got himself a Honda Stream....) he had a Visteon Scoop on his cat (its for sale on here) and I thought to myself I wonder what that looks like on my car, as I'd not realy been a fan before...:sosp:
You know what I kinda like it now :smilewinkgrin: so I might buy it off him as it is already colour matched to a Silver Frost (he gave me a can of Silver Frost paint too)

Yer its funny you see it on someone elses car and you think "na not my cuppa" -but- you see it in the flesh on your own car and your like "wow that looks aggressive, I like that!"

No new developments, i've been neglecting the cat of late and just using it for transport, not even washed it since my service last month (ok it has rained for like..for ever ) hopefully I can start some of the mods next year if cashflow allows it, I have a tendancy to stock-pile all the parts and get it all done at once instead of in dribs and drabs.

I cant afford it and i'd probably get lynched by the old man for spending cash i aint got (mate is seling it to me for less then he is selling it on here)
Just to show i'm still on the Ball I came up with this little Idea (excuse the quality its only mocked up on MSPaint) but i've gone for the PumaSpeed look on the graphics, Red Rim on the wheels and a Red ring on the Cougar-Head on the grill. what ya think?

Of intrest Si whats the position on reflective stripes i fancy these ones in refelective material (now who else drives vehicles like that ....)

Reflective is fine Matt I have some on mine with no hassle at all.
Nice idea but why is no one following the lines of the car any more when doing paint or graphics?.

Looks good Matt, not really into graphics being an OF but that looks kinda good.
Not too sure on the one being reflective though, maybe a burnt orange but thats just me being a bit more conservative.

I did think about the stripes travling along the swage lines mate, the RED Line follows the one under the window & the BLACK one follows the one the door handle and the repeater sit on, only thing is that curve at the end towards the rear. Could always do it like your stripe but split it maybe ?
Yeah thats what I mean Matt the lines are so prominent that if you are going to use some of it you need to see it thru otherwise stay away from the swage lines and keep the graphics between them, nothing looks worse than graphics/paint that do not follow the lines of the car and just intersect them and cross them with no thought to it ( my personal opinion and as I have said many times I am sure some hate how my cougar looks).
