hi guys i never knew dave but he sounds like he was a massive part of this club , i was looking at ebay today and stumbled across this , im 99.99% sure its his car , just thought if anyone was thinking of getting a cougar at the mo it would be nice to see it back in the club

It's definately Dave's car, I'd recognise it anywhere, it's a helluva buy for someone, a crackin' example

Can't believe current bid is only ?ú1500 - would have thought it was worth nearer the ?ú2k mark. Although I suppose sign of the times - credit crunch and all that. Very nice Cougar though.

Can't help thinking theres something very sad about something that is so obviously sentimentally priceless, haveing a cash price attached to it. Lets hope the new owner learns to look after it, eh guys.

Emailed Dave's family last night and surprise, surprise the winning bidder has failed to make contact...

Wondering if its worth contacting them again and try and sell it through the club to save on time wasters and ensure we keep this very uinque car within FCOC...
