Are there any vague organisational plans? Can't help thinking if we all turn up with everything it'd be moderately daft....for example will 14 BBQs really be needed?

Jim, at the outset, due to the club not being able to run-to the marquee, fridge, large bbq as they have in the past, it was thought most people would aim to be self-sufficient.
We are going to have the Club's gay zebra as a focal point and I would imagine some sort of communial get-together on the Saturday would be popular.
Last year Tony(topcat) was good enough to bring his large bbq for general use but at the moment his attendance is in doubt.
I've been looking at drum type bbq's and should be able to fit one in as we are bringing two cars but if anyone else has one and can get it there I'm sure it would be most appreciated.

Can it be dismantled for transport?
It wouldn't be that far out of our way to come via MK and pick it up in the Shemax.
i have made up 2 leads about 20-30 ft long, with double external sockets on the end, not sure if site powerpoints are 16A or 32A supplies, but will bring both types, will mean we have some power available.
