I have paid a deposit to Grendon to secure the 'Gerald's Ponds' site for our sole use.

I intend to finalise the price per pitch on Friday the 5th July and I would appreciate payments being made between then and Thursday the 11th July.

We now have the equivalent of 37 nights booked.
£300/37 = £8.10 per pitch per night.
Those of you who have already paid will receive a refund of £1.00 per pitch per night.
The 'Late arrivals', above, can settle-up with me at Grendon.

I've paid the remainder of our hire fee to Grendon and the Gerald's Pond site is ours from NOON on Friday.

I'm hoping for decisions from the 'provisionals' so I can finalise the costings.

There are 8 electric points on that field and there are only two definitely requested, plus one for the gazebo, so I'll put you down for one.
Will you be able to bring your icicle lights for the gazebo?
 
Definite Andy. I have myself and a tent, would very much appreciate using someone's BBQ if possible.

We're still on for two nights Andy but Dan is likely to bring a 1/2 man tent as I can't stand his BO and he can't stand my snoring - so can you put us down for 2 tents please :LOL:
