How to fit HIDs.

That's what i thought, I hope they don't cause the bulb failure light to come on though...lol.
Oh well there are ways around that aswell... Bargain i think for £38.99

its a great price. I got the racebits set which is a few more quid, but I like having a direct point of contact should there be any issues.

There have not been any issues thus far.

add, these are exactly the same set as i have fitted, and they work great, no bulb failure lights etc, i didnt get mine from here, i got mine directly from china, so were a few pound cheaper,(y)

here is a link, £1 + £31 P+P http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HID-XENON-CON...arts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM?hash=item414b4e5fec

I did see them chap, but i did not like the idea of ordering from China again, too many things have gone missing and loads of hassle.. The seller swore blind these are in the UK and i will get them soon.. But cheers anyway... I just have to find a way of undoing the screws to remove the lights now, they are well and truely stuck in...:incazzato:

Has anyone done a proper how too for fitting these??

JJ

There was a kind of how to fit these, with a couple of photo's somewhere... But not a full indepth version..
I will try and do a step by step when i get mine, bearing in mind, I have no idea what i am doing... lol

Yeah I saw that one but not really much help I can do the fitting it all just not sure which wires to connect that was all.

Same as me then, oh well it's all a learning curve, I will still try and do a step by step when i do mine and put it on here.. (y)

well, I am being tutored all being well in a couple of weeks. I will try and do a proper proper one then unless someone gets chance before.

well got **** all in the car anyway so if I can damage something it will only be the headlights

JJ as far as i can tell it's a simple plug and go job, apart from mounting the ballasts and drilling a 22mm hold in the back plate of the lights.. (y)

yeah got no probs with that side of it dude its just which wires to conect the ballast too that was all I guess there is only two ways to try.
