Two or 3 coats of tint plus laquer is plenty dark enough to take away the red colour and still gives drivers the chance to see them in sunlight.

thanks JJ, was going to put the black tinted lights from my zetec on it but wasn't sure as could do with keeping it legal :-D
It was this green colour when I bought it, the old owner didn't like the original green. It is close to Kawasaki green.

Think it just needs a few coats, these ones from c9 are too dark and 3rd brake light stands out too much unless it is tinted too...

Yes but they need tyres, I swapped them for your black ones, suppose I could paint green on them or any others .

Put the black lights on and get a mask for the 3rd brake light in black too. That'll look mean
