Well they are Aerocatches. By all accounts, if you fit a carbon bonnet you should always use these due to it being so light and it could lift up off the normal bonnet latch and smash onto your windscreen.
I do plan to fit the pins as soon as I get a chance.

Good call Peter, would never have thought about that. I don't think Rich has ever had any problems like that with his C/F bonnet though???

I guess he has not and that is a good thing, but I just do not trust the latch alone on mine so I will do it soon enough.

glad you ngot it fitted mate sounds like it was a right pain fitting it and also so glad it got to you in one peice maybe i will see it one day as i am going to be in wales in april so might bump into you opr the car

I was a bit worried about the postage on it as well, it did take a small amount of damage on the back corners but I have repaired them the best I could and it does not look to bad now. At least it is on the car now. Just need to do the bonnet pins now and I will be happy.
