thanks for the link, but i wanted new original bushes, so they are beïng pressed in at the local ford dealer.
i got al new bolts and nuts also
unfortunatly i don't have a picture of my new bushes
well, my new national sports brake discs ten
yup i painted them, i tried red on the edge, i don't know how it will look on my car, if it looks ugly i will paint it black
the front brakes are upgradet to 300mm ( focus st170 )

i know a few mondeo's mk1 are 4x4 nut i only seen the 2.0 engines on it you also replace the petrol tank i guess?

It does with a little fabrication I will try and find some photos I will pm them to you so as not to hijack you excellent thread!:stop: yes we used the Mk1 tank and the Mk1 tank hangars had to transferred to the cougar

i can't get my left hand drive shaft in
I hope thats nothing more than grease on those splines
Feed the shaft into the G/box, when it hits an obstruction (snap ring) give it a bump, it should go.
no i cleaned it a bit, and than greased it
allright, i felt the obstruction, i will try to bump it in tommorow
