Glad your happy with your infill David, from where i'm sitting it looks a nice close fit to your bumper. I think the look of the tailpipe matches the car really well, although i would just raise it another 10 ish mm if you can. Keep up the good work, good read and pics.

Hello john I think the problem is the opening needs to be widened a bit which should allow for it to move up a bit so fingers crossed anyway. Also going by the photos of your dual exit set up I need to move the exhaust out a bit so going to do that when I next get chance. Thanks for the kind comments Sabre Tooth

Wired up my auto dimming mirror today but the camera battery died before I got chance to take some pics of it fitted

I was lucky and got one for £15 delivered including a small bit of the loom which as Al pointed out is essential

Yes I just searched ford dimming and saw a mk3 mondeo one at buy it now so was dead lucky really

All I can say is anyone considering fitting a dimming rear mirror it really does make a big difference. Thanks Al if it was not for your thread I would not of thought of doing this worthwhile mod

Need to cut down the mesh but decided to get some stainless steel mesh and make up a new grill. Hopefully will cut and finish it off tomorrow

Thanks ginja. I do like the mercury badge but I dont know for some reason I prefer the ford badge. Good think too is the ford badge works out alot cheaper.

Right have pretty much finished the mesh grill so will fit the weekend. Also have ordered a HID kit for my headlights. Al is in the process of spraying my bargain spoiler so my car is coming along nicely. Will post pics soon

david where did you get the mesh from i have been trying to source it as it is the same as the mesh on my old focus,as the other mesh i have seen used looks like its from b&q no offence to those that have used it.as iam wanting to do the infill on the front bumper
