My Cougar

The strut brace I bought from Mart came today and was fitted within about 30 minutes of being here lol. Need to trim the carpet but you get the idea. Anyone considering buying one off Mart all I can say is great product and great service. Thanks

Hello Stribo it fits a dream and getting the nuts on the back was not half as hard as I thought it was going to be

Nice one David. Not too difficult to fit are they.
I noticed the 2 interior lights in the boot too......mmmmmmmm great idea (y) might have to visit a scrappy soon :)

Finally fitted the exhaust John gave me when he made me a infill for my rear bumper. Hoping to fit the infill this afternoon as I have now done the exhaust cut out

Hello Mart. Yes very impressed with your work. Trimmed the carpet now so looks alot better. I have new brake discs all round to fit, MK3 mondeo calipers to go on the front so hopefully will be doing that tomorrow depending on the weather

Let me know what you think of the brake feel after fitting these mate.
I think our **** feeling brakes are more to do with the system rather than the calipers.

I fitted a BAER Big Brake kit from America to Thundercat along with braided hoses and they still felt as soft as the OE ones !!! Mind you, they never overheated lol

Will do Shagmonkey. Also got two new cv joints to fit as the ABS rings are shot but I got a good deal on two whole joints so thought might as well change both. Will defo let you know what the brake upgrade feels like though

Mine is a mighty zetec lol and I have checked that I bought the right ABS rings after reading on the site. Thanks for the heads up though Paul. The weather is against me at the moment
