Yup, wood baffles round it to seal the cabin then carpet, im thinking blue to match the rest of the interiour.
Looks mental mate, I think a contrast of Blue and Black would be best to cover the box to match your seats/interior, all one colour wont look as good. Some green lights to emphasise the Fusion Logos too.
LOL yes Alex it does and it is very tight but thats what i intended.
Got it all wired up and working today and I have a lot of rattles but thats not suprising, lots more work to do and lots of stuff to get from eBay.

Well another two days hard graft and she's getting there, the box is all sealed up and the baffles are in. I also fitted the EQ and line driver i got from eBay last week which makes a big difference.

Cheers, i have added bracing on the front between the subs, the top flexes a little so i will be bracing that and might add another layer on the back. Still lots to do but it is getting there, will start on the door cards this week and see how it goes, got to get some deadining and more speaker wire.

Well now christmas and NY are out the way and the weather wasn't to bad today i though I should get off my ass and do something on my long list of things for the car.
Fitted the replacement passenger door lock motor so than now works again and while i was there put in the sound deadining. Door now has full compliment of speakers but not wired up yet

Yer could get a bit loud lol, one little problem, I've got the door wired up and all but the weight of the speakers has made it drop a little and the lock dosent line up properly any more... dooh! going to need some adjustment.
OOps remindes me of a little story;.... Guy mods his car, fits a 10" 8" 6" and 4" speakers in his front doors, someone comes over to talk to him, leans on the door and it falls off
