I just purchased this magazine:- Performance Ford, May 1999 issue, it has two articles of interest.

Spiritual Successor, a look at how the Cougar stacks up against the Capri,

and

Big Cat, a teaser of what the performance model might be.

Couldn't afford a new car so had to make do with a second hand XR4i.
