Since saturday

As some might have noticed ( maybe not ) but I have not been on for a few days as I fell ill last saturday feeling pretty low and having hot and cold sweats and terrible back pain, by sunday it got so bad I was rushed into hospital very ill and hardly responsive.
After all sorts of tests and scans it turns out I have a very badly infected right kidney which in turn has infected my blood and waterworks so as you can imagine for the past 3 days I have been pumped full of all sorts of antibiotics and painkillers.
I am getting better but there were times when I thought my time was up, I was that bad.
I feel sorry for my wife having to come twice a day because its not our local hospital , I got sent to a specialised unit further away.And I would also like to thank the kind soul in the next bed for writing this for me ( my eyes are a bit dodgy at the mo ) and fot letting me use his internet when I could not get a signal
Hopefully it wont be long before I am out and if anyone has sent me a pm please bear with me and I will answer as soon as I can
