What Have You Done to Your Cougar Today?

Had my water pump changed today, didn't want to risk doing it myself and shearing off the bolts so paid my local garage £55, mechanic said no shearing involved but it was a right ******* to remove. :)

Didnt you have a ford badge before:whistle:

It's a long time since i had a ford badge. S97 had the mercury badge long before it moved on but when DG came along, it did have the original ford badge but, those boot lids were swapped over due to my S97 one having the roush spoiler fitted to it. The boot lid in the pic went with S97. I'm guessing it's 8 years since either of my cats wore a ford badge as a permanent fixture.

I think these cougar heads can get a bit out of hand...which is why I got rid of the one on my boot. I predict more de-heading in the future too!

I grew up in Florida with Mercurys and Lincolns. I'll run a Ford badge the day that I become Baptist, turn my baseball cap the wrong way round, and buy an F250 Dually with a shotgun rack.

Cougar head and Flying M for life.

Is it the new fad to go back to the Ford badge, and does it include the front one as well? I'm confused!

Not a fad at all Mick. I decided i wanted my Ford to wear the Ford badge and not pretend to be something it's not any longer. I mean, it still baffles 99% of the population :). DG has the Cougar head logo rad grill./C2

Got home with another thousand showing on the odo:

(Had to cheat a little, was over a mile from home so did a couple of boot>coast so I could take this pic at home).

mine got some attention under the bonnet today, she was far too grubby under there :)
