Managed to remove the off side rear suspension, after fighting with one very stubborn bolt for about two hours. Bloody thing. Cost me a few battle scars it did.

Hoping to get the sub frame and other metal dangly things off tomorrow if I have time, although I need to work on my daily a little too.

Just spoke to a guy in my local. He loves my Cougar, I love his Mustang. Just told me hes spent £26000 so far. **** that

I dont want to think how much ive spent I dont think its 26k though :)

Nothing wrong with spending 2 hours playing with the rear Sam ...we still talking about cars? ;)

Just having a breather and a quick bite to eat.

Removed o/s trailing arm easily enough and then the exhaust. What a PITA. I knew it would be a challenge, but I never realised it's basically one piece from the back to the front cat. Having never looked closely, I figured there'd be a joint behind the back boxes but no....

Clearly the nuts and bolts are corroded beyond hope so after attempting to cut one off I gave up, dragged it back as far I can (space is also a challenge for me) and then had no choice but to cut it. Now got a gazillion metres of pipework strewn across the drive and I hope our local enterprising man in a van drives by sometime later!

Next, the subby.

Still can’t believe you’re not on our stand. [emoji53]
I’ve taken down my countach poster to put a pic of Moe up [emoji53]
