I need a white 501 type capless led bulb, and i've searched all my led's and can't find a single one of em

received my blanking plate today so thought I would test fit it
It arrived in green
stripped down and sprayed with 4 coats of satin black
put back together and test fitted

Fitted my ST 200 UIM, had a bit of an issue with high tick over, but now all sorted, here's some pics of the job...
cleaned the lower inlet manifold with carb cleaner prior to fitting, seemd an obvious thing to do while it was waiting to be fitted...
Fitted a ST220 throttle body, had to do a bit of modification to the cable bracket as I used the original throttle cable.
Also fitted new Motorcraft plugs, while the UIM was off, made the job much easier..
I must say, after taking it out for a spin, I can deffo tell a diference in the pick up, seems to pick up much quicker, so I am well pleased with this particular modification...

now with air box removed..
old stock uim removed... Lower Inlet Manifold removed.....then fuel rails off....
Nice ST200 UIM Looking good....
getting there now... cone air filter in place....
And it's complete... woohoo....

Got a set of rear light covers and had them hydro dipped (carbon effect) trial fitted one today... what do ya think..? Prob not to everyone's liking but..... I like em..
Tie-in well with your other carbon bits, Paul.
A picky MOT tester might pick you up on your now missing reflectors though.
