What Have You Done to Your Cougar Today?

Sorry to hear about your Dad, Steve.

Looks like you've made a good start in getting the V6 upto scratch. (y)

Sorry to hear that Steve I did not realise :(
Looks like you've got a nice one there though(y)

Mine has spent all day with the doors and boot open to get rid of the condensation before I put some damp traps in hopefully should give them an easier time.

Well had a busy day today-
Sanded and polished my headlights and then put them back on and realised one of the halos had broken, so had to put on my spare pair which although standard are in mint condition. FAIL
Decided to sand a bad mark out of my No Limits grill and dropped it , resulting in damage - so had to put my original grill back on FAIL
Then decided to paint another of my polished wheels and dropped the sander on it resulting in a bloody big scratch which now needs re sanding and polishing FAIL
So after all that I gave up and went in,told the wife I would make tea instead THEN BURNT MY HAND FRYING THE EGGS
i DONT KNOW WHY I BOTHERED GETTING OUT OF BED TODAY

Must be Monday..............o_O

On Saturday I got stuck into a few things on the car. O/S rear drop link, the rubber was shot, but despite changing this there is still an annoying squeak coming from that corner (n)

I also changed the water pump housing with tensioner and metal impeller (which I brought off Steve a while back), water pump belt and also the thermostat. Seems to have fixed my cabin heating issue, as it was taking forever to heat up before.

On another note, my car passed it's MOT a couple of weeks ago, just needed a bit of welding to both floors and the hand brake cables were replaced. I knew all of that needed doing, so no great shock at the bill.
