Yes it does and I plan to install one soon. LolI looked at the spec and it appears that it will take ordinary video input. From the manual, can you tell whether it will accept (yellow) coaxial connection to a reversing camera? If so I am buying one right now.
Wh...what... Yay!

There is no chance of that Matt , it will probably be in a million pieces by then. This is going to be a long term project as I will be going through everything bit by bitNice one. Make sure its ready for Harewood![]()
I dont think the drivers seat is meant to slideSwapped the carpet. Original had been cut below driver's side kick-panel to access wiring loom there, looks like a wire has been added. Shame they couldn't figure out how to roll the carpet aside.
Passenger seat slide release cable wasn't operating so replaced the whole seat, from T reg to V reg the number of connectors changed, T had yellow, green and 4-pin grey, V has yellow and 6-pin grey.
Had a look under driver's seat, can't see why tilt/slide doesn't operate like the passenger seat.
Got to fit handbrake gaitor to replacement centre console and re-install.

Cloth seats do, leather ones doesn't.
I suspect these are leather going on the reference to the wiring?

Correct.I believe nvingo has had the cloth interior from Herak's old Zetec:
https://forums.ukcougar.club/threads/29249-2nd-Cougar-V6-this-time-2-litre-parts-up-for-grabs
On the cloth seats there is one motor, drivers side seat height, with a rocker switch at the front....Are the cloth ones fully manually-adjusted...
It would be the motors I would be after; electric slide but retaining the cloth interior. The base (the slide adjustment/drivers height) connect to the seat with only four bolts, and the slide release cable. I was assuming that the electric parts of the leather seats would still be contained in the base, but don't know the extent to whch they are motorised.Unless there's some reason (weight?) that you don't want the motors, you could always strip the leather off and reskin the whole seat with your cloth?
Any tips for repainting the plastic gunmetal area round the handbrake etc?
Oh, right! In that case I would definitely go with the re-skinning. It's awkward, but can be done.
