Dunno! This is going to be a voyage of discovery for me as well, since in the past I have always just bought new for my Rovers, using the plate number from a defunct 600.

It goes without saying that I don't go into uncharted waters with safety-related equipment on my own. Al says it's easy, but I'm sure there's a few ways to screw it up. So I'll probably call an MFSM.

I also have two sets of Mk3 calipers, so I might give someone a cheap incentive to make it a double-date.
 
Finally! I managed to get around to doing this, this week. I only started it about 8 months ago :lol:

Is anybody else seeing the optical delusion? :)

I've never 'detailed' a car in my life mate.

Hit a fox on the way to work this morning at 70mph, impact smashed the o/s foglight out of the bumper so i'll have to bodge that back in tonight. Mind you I suspect I'm better off than him :)

Oh well i'll be missing a foglight tomorrow and theres two huge great cracks in the front bumper. Horn and brackets all bent, bust the side indicator where it popped out of the wing. F@@king wonderful. So now I've got a car which looks like it should be in the scrappy rather than at a show. I can't get the banner in without the seats down so that put paid to my idea of saving time and getting it valeted before i leave. Oh well there must be somewhere in blackpool. See you all tomorrow.
