Must say I found it an easier job than on the Zetec, the filter is easier to get at.
Gave Claus an oil change today, the genuine filter never arrived so I put a Mann branded filter on (someone online cut some open and they are exactly the same as motorcraft, Bosch being the poorest of the 5 tested)

One of the very few pros of owning a V6 Durapork. Yes the zetec oil filter is a pain to get at.![]()
Today, after a short run out, i finally finished cleaning the crapp off my steering wheel that i started at Castle Howard, weeks ago. Cheers Mart, those wipes work a treat![]()
What was on it, and what did you use to get rid? I usually use wet-wipes.
I always used to change my zetec oil filter from the engine bay, never had to remove anything to get to it? It was a tight fit but doable.
Getting the new one back on was a faff as it had to be done mainly by feel, and making sure it was tilted forward slightly till the thread engaged![]()
Thanks for the new vision guys, i have an idea, also, i've had a pair of 9x7 speakers for over a year and must get round to fitting them VIBES? Will i need adapters?
